As soon as he returns to the PHC he is arrested and his whereabouts are given to police. Then he gets a letter from a guy claiming himself to be a leader of naxalites. He is a phobia that he might be killed in an encounter. He escapes and while escaping the police he meets a leader of naxalites who can be identified by his accent. A battle with police happens. He survives and is captured by naxalites. They call the army to rescue him. Then Siddharth is arrested again and taken to CBI headquarters where he meets a local leader of naxalites, Suresh. They decide a truce and Suresh goes to bring the arrested culprits. He is unsuccessful in his mission and is arrested by the police. He is again taken to CBI headquarters where he meets another local leader of naxalites, Chitra. She tells him about the Malaria eradication programme and her plan to eliminate all the mosquitoes in the area. She points out that in villages, there is a curfew for four hours from 6 am to 10 am. When they start their eradication programme, the villagers organise mass eradication in the villages. During that time there is no curfew and the villagers are free to move out from the PHC. Suresh comes to know about the programme and sends a few men to kill the coordinator of the eradication programme. During the battle of eradication the villagers capture Suresh and his men and they escape. Then they kill all the people who are associated with eradication programme. Chitra informs the police about all this, the police locate an ambush point where they were attacked with grenades. While fleeing, they are chased by the police. Some of their men get killed in the ambush point.
